• Content displayed on the website is subject to change without notice. We strive to keep all our content up date and correct, yet we do reserve the right to make any changes at any time. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability or availability with respect to the website or the information, products, services, or related graphics contained on the website for any purpose. Any reliance you place on such information is therefore strictly at your own discretion.
  
  
• The prices of all products displayed on the website are in Saudi Riyals and they include VAT. As of January 2018, the standard rate of VAT is 5%. All payments are to be made in Saudi Riyals. We reserve the right to amend pricing on all products and to withdraw sale items at any time, regardless of pending orders on items. You will be notified of any changes on confirmed orders and will be asked to reconfirm the adjusted orders. If we do not receive confirmation the order will be canceled.
  
  
• Not all images on the website depict products for sale. Some images are used strictly as props for photography and for illustration purposes.

2. Making a Purchase & the Contract

• To make a purchase you are required to complete our simple checkout process. You will be guided through the checkout and asked to input your data to complete the transaction. Upon placing your order, we will send you an order acknowledgement email; this is to confirm that we have received your order request. When your order is ready to ship, we will then send you a dispatch confirmation email. It’s at this point that we accept your order and the contract is formed. We reserve the right to cancel an order should there be an issue with stock levels, payment details, or the identification of a pricing or product description error. All purchases take place in a safe environment using the latest SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption technology and a secure server.

Payment Methods

• We only accept payment for KSA and GCC orders in SAR (Saudi Riyals).
  
  
• We accept payment by Maestro, MasterCard, Visa and Visa Debit, and Fantasy Party Gift Cards for orders within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and GCC via our payment provider Payfort. If you choose to pay for an item using a payment card with a foreign currency denominated account, the account will still be taken in SAR at the conversion rate applied by the relevant payment scheme at the time of processing your order.
  
  
• Please note, we cannot guarantee the security of data which you send us by email. Accordingly, please do not send us payment information using email. For details of the security measures we employ, please read our Fantasy Party Privacy Policy.
  
  
• We are processing your payment via our trusted payment provider Payfort www.payfort.com in collaboration with our bank partner SABB www.sabb.com. Payfort is SABBs trusted partner for Online Payments. All payments on our checkout page are done through SSL connections to encrypt credit card numbers and customer account information. Payfort is certified to the latest PCI DSS standards. The cardholder’s data will be protected from any misuse or harm under Payfort’s secure network.
  
  
• Unless we are fraudulent or negligent, we will not be liable to you for any losses caused because of any unauthorized access to the personal and transactional information you provide us when placing an order.
  
  
• Please note that Fantasy Party does not accept cash or checks for payments online or over the telephone. If you have any further payment inquiries, please contact your bank/card issuer or Payfort.com

3. Good Availability / Information

• Featured items on the website have been carefully selected for online shopping. Once an item is sold out, it will be taken off the site and may not be available again. If items you order are out of stock, subject to a delay, or sold at a higher price than shown on your order; we will contact you at the email address or telephone number you provide when placing an order. If we are unable to contact you, we will cancel the part of your order that is unavailable or incorrectly priced and will continue to process any remaining items on your order. All orders are subject to availability. Substitutions will only be made with your prior consent. If a replacement item has a higher price, you will be liable to pay the difference in price.
  
  
• Products listed on the website contain descriptions detailing their specific condition. We take reasonable care to ensure that descriptions and photographic representations are accurate and updated. The colors you see on your computer may vary depending on the monitor you use. Therefore, we are unable to guarantee that the product images you see are an accurate representation of the products.
  
  
• Any goods sold at discount prices, as remnants or as substandard will be identified and stated to be sold as such on the website. Such products may not necessarily be in perfect condition so please check that they are of a satisfactory quality for their intended use.
  
  
• IMPORTANT: please note that during periods of significantly increased demand and lower stock availability, such as during our seasonal Sales, there is an increased risk of items being out of stock.
  
  
  

4. Liability

Fantasy Party shall not be liable for any loss, damage, prevention or delay caused by any reason beyond our control, including but not limited to third party delivery carriers. Furthermore, we will not be liable for the indirect or consequential loss or damage of your data, profit, or revenue in connection with the use of this website.

5. Delivery 

Fantasy Party will deliver any products ordered to the shipping address given by you when confirming the order. Availability permitting, orders will be dispatched for delivery within the stated time frame. The dispatch of the products constituted our duty to fulfilling the contract. If goods are received in damaged condition please contact our customer service team within 5 days. They will assist you with either a replacement or refund where applicable. We advise you to check the products immediately upon arrival. We do not accept liability for any costs caused by late deliveries or for any other reason. 6. Returns/Refunds

We want you to be happy with everything you buy from Fantasy Party. If you are not completely satisfied with any* of the products you have purchased, then please notify us immediately and return them to us within 5 days for a full refund, excluding shipping costs. If you would like an exchange; please process a full return - receive your refund - and process a new purchase a new order for the desired goods on our website. We can not offer automated exchanges via the website yet. Goods must be received in original condition and packaging with all components intact. We cannot accept unpacked items that are not in their original packaging for return/refund. Ensure that you include full order details, including order number, otherwise your refund may be delayed. Once your return has been processed, we will refund any monies owed onto the original payment account or the bank account that you provided on the return form. For more detailed information please check our Shipping & Returns page. 

*Please note that personalized items can only be returned if the goods are faulty. Sealed goods which are not suitable for return or exchange due to health protection or hygiene reasons (by order of Ministry of Health) if they become unsealed after delivery are: Costumes, Hats, Wigs, Earrings, Nose rings, Masks, Lenses, Fangs and Tooth caps, makeup, candy, and adhesive facial hair and Body/Face Jewelry.

7. Fantasy Party Gift Card

The Fantasy Party Gift Card (“Gift Card”) looks like a normal gift voucher with an integrated barcode. Gift Cards are available for purchase online in any denomination up to SAR 2500. Restrictions are in place for the number of Gift Cards available for purchase online - these will change from time to time.

• The Gift Card is redeemable in full payment for goods and services in the Store and on the website.
• Gift Cards cannot be redeemed via telephone or mail order.
• Gift Cards will expire after 24 consecutive months, 2 years, from the day after the Gift Card is purchased. Any balance remaining after 24 months will automatically expire. The balance on a Gift Card may be used until it is either depleted or the Gift Card expires (whichever of these two instances occurs sooner).
• To redeem your Gift Card online, you will need to enter your Gift Card number
• If your Gift Card has insufficient funds to cover the order total, you will be liable to pay the remainder using a credit/debit card or further Gift Cards.
• Gift Cards will be dispatched separately from other items on your order.
  
  

How to check the balance:

• The balance of your gift card is written on the gift card itself.
• You may also check the balance of a Gift Card at the Store or by calling +966 12 6918312 and telling the service team your gift card number.
• Fantasy Party is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged Gift Cards, once issued. The Gift Card cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged.
  
  

Returns:

• Gift Cards are non-refundable.
• You cannot transfer the balance of a Gift Card onto another Gift Card.
• Goods purchased online using a Gift Card will be refunded in accordance with our standard Returns Policy. Any monies which are due to be refunded will be issued onto a new Gift Card and not into cash money or money transfer.

8. Customer Mailings & Email

We use your personal information for our own marketing and sales-communication purposes only. If you prefer not to receive marketing mailing please click the opt-out box on the registration page or contact us via e-mail at anytime and we will adjust our records accordingly. Please note that we never share your email address or your child’s name or date of birth to any company or organization outside of Fantasy Party. 9. Health & Safety

• Toy Safety: Please review product packaging for age and safety recommendations. Some products may contain allergens or small parts that are potential chocking/ suffocation hazards. We are not liable for any mishaps and you agree to take full responsibility.
  
  
• Adults should inflate balloons and supervise their use with children 8 years old and under
  
  
• Packaging of any products should never be left for children to play with – it is a potential choking / suffocation hazard.
  
  
• Chocolate Products - Whilst every care has been taken, these products may contain traces of nuts. 
  
  
• Confectionery - All the sweets selected in the Fantasy Party online catalogue are not recommended for children under 3 years, unless otherwise stated. Adult supervision is recommended for all of our sweets when being consumed by a child. WARNING: Lollipops are a potential choking hazard. Not suitable for children under 3 years. Small parts are a potential hazard.
