How do I register for an account? 
Please go to our register page to register for an online account with Fantasy Party.


How do I manage my account? 
Select the 'My Account' option at the top of the page and enter your username and password. To sign out of your Fantasy Party account, please select the 'Sign Out' option.

How can I change my account details? 
Select 'Account Dashboard' within 'My Account' after you have logged in. You can change all your account information, like Contact Information, Billing Address, Shipping Address, and Newsletter Subscription by selecting 'edit'. 

I have forgotten my password for my account? What can I do?
You can request a new password by clicking on 'Forgot your Password?' on the My Account Login page. We will then reset your password and send you a new one.

If you can't remember the email address you registered with, or if you have problems signing in to your account, then please contact our Customer Service.


I How do I unsubscribe from the newsletter?
To unsubscribe just click on the 'unsubscribe' link at the bottom of any of our newsletters you have received. Alternatively, you can let us know via email.


How can I pay for my order? 
We are accepting Credit Card Payments including including MasterCard, Visa, Mada and Sadad Payments via our payment provider Payfort. Please ensure that the billing address entered on your order matches the address the payment card is registered to. To check out our payment provider Payfort, please do visit their website.


How do I know that my order has been placed successfully?
Once your order has been received by our system, we will send you an email to acknowledge your order. You can track your order online by checking it´s status under 'My Orders' in your Account. 


How can I cancel or change my order?
Please contact our Customer Service team should you wish to cancel or amend your order and a member of the team will guide you through the process.

If I place an order today, when will I receive it?

At Fantasy Party, we want to make your shopping experience as convenient as possible. That's why we've partnered with high-quality delivery providers to offer you home delivery across Saudi Arabia. With our fast and reliable service, you can expect your order to arrive within 1-3 working days. So sit back, relax, and let us bring the party to you!

 



How can I return an order? 
We want you to be happy with everything you buy from Fantasy Party. If you are not completely satisfied with any* of the goods you have purchased, then please notify us immediately and return them to us within 5 days from arrival date for a full refund and 7 days to exchange. Goods must be received in original condition and packaging with all components intact. We cannot accept unpacked items for return, refund or exchange, which are not in its original packaging anymore. Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if they become unsealed after delivery are: hats, wigs, earrings, nose rings, masks, lenses, fangs and tooth caps, adhesive body and face jewelry, make up, as well as face paints and cosmetics. *Please note that personalized items can only be returned if the goods are faulty. Can I add items to my order once I have placed it and paid for it online? 
Unfortunately this is not possible. All orders are being processed through our warehouse immediately and it would disturb the dispatch process to change orders mid processing. If you want to add items please do this in a separate order. 


Can I pick up my order from your Jeddah Stores? 
Yes, you can chosse self-collection in the checkout process. The collection is possible; 2 days after the online-order is received, at our Sultan Street Store during working hours.

What are the order & delivery options for cakes? 
Cake orders can only be placed for Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, as we rely on local bakery partners to produce. Cake orders can be picked up in the bakery partner stores only or delivered within the city of Jeddah (and Obhur), Saudi Arabia. If the order was placed within a planned event, the cake-order will be delivered to the event location. 

 
What are the order & delivery options for Customized Items?
Customized Items which cannot be shipped (because they are too big) or need a special Shipment arrangement will be marked as such during the shopping process. For special shipping arrangements you can contact costumer care and arrange it with one of our representatives.


Why can´t I find a product that I saw in the Jeddah stores online? 
Our onlineshop includes a selected range of products. It is possible that you see additional products in the stores, that we will not carry online. You can place an order directly to the store if you still would like to receive a specific item that you have seen in-store. Call +966 12 691 8312 for the store to assist you.
